As many of you know, the Shoprite Shopping Plaza is undergoing a major expansion. That meant the grassy median used for the annual Croton Lions Christmas Tree Sale was off the table for this year...the sale is a major fundraiser for the organization and has been a long-standing village tradition (click on the photo) -- but not to worry....
According to a spokesperson for the Croton Lions, the village has worked out a new location and it will be in a familiar setting--the trees will be sold on South Riverside Avenue between the two entrances at the Shoprite Shopping Plaza! As always, sales start the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
