Steve and I are sitting here putting this message together. First off we would like to thank all of our loyal customers who have come here and made friends, had celebrations and just got to know us and our staff. Then to thank our unbelievable staff, Casey who's been here since the beginning, Sean, Aurora, Austin, Allanah, Alexandra, Johnny, Kara, Jessica, Marco, Hector and Kia who have been so loyal and represented us so well! But it has come to a time when we had to make some very hard decisions, and have decided it is time to close the doors for good here at Ralph and Dave's. 

Since Dave's departure my friend Steve Welles became a partner and helped keep The restaurant running for almost another year. I think we had a great concept, providing good fresh seafood and steaks, great classic cocktails and personable service.
