 To the Editor: Just months after being awarded an extremely generous employment contract, Croton’s Village Manager, Abe Zambrano, has decamped for the greener pastures of Ossining.     Great letter but they just don't care. Wait till you get your full time mayor with fully loaded benefits, yeah that's da ticket.
