    So I heard they may have gotten it under the cap but since I'm going to be paying 13% more for sewer and 13% more for water and God knows what else, not to mention all the pillaging of the reserves (remember how Schmidt was criticized for that), it doesn't count as far as I'm concerned, and how could I forget my paying Gouveia's taxes too.

      I guess it's too much to ask to have Monday's agenda posted on Thursday, as tomorrow's a holiday and village offices are closed.
