From a resident: "Only in Croton do we have people that don't use bike parking for bikes, or what’s wrong with this picture LOL".
Click on the photo--we don't see many bikes in the village and rarely have---for all Croton's officials claim otherwise--but when we do....
they're inevitably pushed up against a wall...
a lamppost...
a garbage can...
anywhere but at those very expensive racks.
We're well past laughing. If we hit photo #10, there's going to be one heck of a show.
