With the news that the FDA has pronounced the cyclospora outbreak linked to iceberg lettuce effectively contained and that Americans can feel confident eating fresh produce again (not that some of us ever stopped--Apple Farm can sometimes be addicting), a reader remembered a few of her favorite salad dressing recipes from here at the blog.
