Despite the sometimes-torrential downpours, there were many residents present as you can see. The applicant, however, was not allowed to speak nor were residents. Planning board members felt that application's paperwork was essentially deficient. Everyone will be back 8/11.  There's much more but really, you should watch the meeting.
