Dear family and friends,
It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Linda Herbek.
We invite you to join us in honoring and remembering her life.
A wake will be held on Wednesday, May 6th from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Carmon Funeral Home, 301 Country Club Rd, Avon, CT.
A funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, May 7th at 11:00 am at our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 210 S Wellwood Ave, Lindenhurst, NY.
Following the Mass, a burial service will be held at Long Island National Cemetery, 2040 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale, NY.
Your presence, prayers, and support mean a great deal to us during this time.
For those who are unable to attend, we will carry your thoughts with us as we celebrate Linda’s life and legacy.
