PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that resolutions have been adopted by the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, at a meeting on August 20, 2025, to open PUBLIC HEARINGS on the following:
2025 Complete Streets Grant Application for sidewalks along Municipal Place & South Riverside Avenue.
Local Law Introductory No. 12 of 2025 to amend Chapter 208, Trees, of the Village Code to clarify provisions related to the Tree Preservation Fund.
THEREFORE, pursuant to statute, the Board of Trustees, Village of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, will hold PUBLIC HEARINGS on each of the above on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 7:30 p.m., in the Georgianna Grant Meeting Room of the Stanley H. Kellerhouse Municipal Building, 1 Van Wyck Street, Croton-on-Hudson, at which time all interested parties will be heard.
The meeting will also be broadcast live on www.crotononhudson-ny.gov and Cable Channel 1311 (formerly Channel 78).
