MORE FABULOUS VINTAGE WEBSITES, FINDS, ETC. FROM EVERYTHING CROTON

Well here's quite a Christmas ephemera find--found in an old scrapbook at a tag sale--no info--but it's clearly the Our Gang actors--Darla, Spanky, Buckwheat, Alfalfa, and company--and they're being read to from "Twas the night before Christmas". We only wish the rubber cement used to glue the scrap down hadn't degraded the image so. Our resident Our Gang/Little Rascals expert believes this would have been from the mid-1930's. 1. Now that's something to have found and shared. I loved these comedies as a child and they were played on Saturday and Sunday mornings for decades after they were produced. Then in the 70's, it all stopped. There were those who said they were politically incorrect. My sister and I had a different view. We learned that right could triumph over wrong, that it was possible to have friends from all walks of life and race. They weren't perfect but when I look atsome of the cr*p being produced today.
