  3. Have you noticed how often the average citizen says 'bring in a lawyer'. That's because in Croton the average citizen is at best given lip service until they are left with little other choice by this board.

  4. That's what article 78s are for. Wisely there is a legal process for residents when their government goes astray. Thank you Mark, Turner and Wintermeier for getting the word out on this very odd project. There's got to be more here than meets the eye.
