An Everything Croton reader and former resident sent us this 1970 article on Croton's own Vera Neumann yesterday. For those who don't know, Vera was a textile artist known for her bold patterns and more. Enormously popular in the 60's and 70's, her signature scarves and home goods are highly collectible today.
