NY PROPOSES FIRST IN-NATION REGULATIONS ON PFAS--REQUIRES TREATMENT OF CONTAMINANTS IN LANDFILL LEACHATE

ALBANY — The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation today announced proposed rules that would make New York the first state to require treatment of environmental contaminants in leachate at landfills.
