Croton Harmon rail maintenance facility tour with Metro North equipment--ON TRACK WITH ERIC

Here’s a few shots from a recent visit to Croton Harmon Shops where the central location of Metro North’s maintenance operations are held. It is the largest rail maintenance, repair, and inspection facility in the system. You can see there’s a good mix of Diesel equipment present, including multiple GE P32AC-DM units, Siemens SC42-DM units, and even both of Metro North BL14CGs used only for work trains.
