SECTION 1 FLAG FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT SEEDS, BRACKETS ANNOUNCED, DEFENDING CHAMPION HENDRICK HUDSON IS THE THE NO. 2 SEED

Playoffs have officially arrived. Section 1 officially announced the seeds and matchups for the Section 1 flag football tournament on May 11. The tournament begins May 13. A year after securing a New York State championship, Scarsdale (14-2) returns as the top seed in Class A, while the state runner-up and defending champion, Tappan Zee (14-1), is atop the Class B bracket. In Class C, the top seed is Westlake/Briarcliff, which finished the regular season with a 16-0 record. Defending champion Hendrick Hudson is the No. 2 seed.
