MOROCCAN CHICKEN WITH APRICOTS AND MORE...

Attended a wonderful Seder this evening. Happy to say that this chicken dish once again made the Passover table but with thighs and breast meat instead of legs. Here's the recipe---otherwise followed "to the letter" per our hostess:  Moroccan Chicken with Apricot in Tomato sauce

The brisket was outstanding as always but THAT recipe is a closely guarded family secret.

P.S. The flourless Almond Cake was a HUGE HIT. Susan knocked it out of the park again.
