Bad site, too small.
ReplyDeleteEconomics of the Harmon apartments caused problems, and those are walking distance to CRT. The Croton Dems have come out in favor of lowering rent regulation to 6 units (down from 50), so hope that the developer ran their ROI with rent controls in mind.
ReplyDeleteJust to let everyone know that thetenant BESTWEB put a letter in the gAzette saying they have a lease and just renovated their space at this location. The location is also TWENTY SPACES too short for parking. I don't think this is going to happen.
