THE ROY ROGERS MUSEUM HAS CLOSED ITS DOORS FOR GOOD

Howard Lamey of littleglitterhouses.com passed on the sad news a few days ago that the Roy Rogers Museum had closed its doors for good.

Truly the end of an era--when the good guys and the bad guys were easily spotted.

Here’s more on the museum’s closing.

Happy trails.

  2. My dad used to say that life during the 40's was hard with the war and all, and it certainly wasn't perfect, but the country seemed more stable then, principles more wedded to God and country. I think I finally understand what he was talking about as I look around at some of the local and national bulls**t lately. Hi ho silver, happy trails, etc.

  3. Yeah I feel this way too, and it's getting worse in Croton with a mayor who praises our inter-dependence on China on our national holiday.
