As many of you know by now, the village has dropped their charges against Mr. Amicola. (You can read TOM FARANDA'S POST ABOUT IT HERE). 

The village also received a letter from the Department of Justice laying out---very clearly and concisely---what the issues were.   You can read that letter here.

As such, the village has acted accordingly and Mr. Amicola has been spared further grief.   

Croton residents owe Mr. Amicola their thanks.  With a special note of acknowledgement to his attorney, Roseann Schuyler, and to the DOJ.
