MID-MARCH 2022, INFLATION ISSUES, REACTING TO LATEST CPI

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) this week reported that the Consumer Price Index (CPI), the most widely used measure of inflation, rose 0.8% in February, up 7.9% over the last twelve months.     Some things are up as much as thirty percent. Some of my medicines are up twenty percent.
