    I was on the 1974 team that won the sectional against Pawling, in Mt. Vernon under the lights. I've got some great photos I'll post in the near future. Lenny and Smitty were awesome coaches. I am grateful to have played a part in the "Smitty-Lenny" era.

      I to played for smith and gober in87 and 1990 also section champs in 87 vrs pawning at memorial stadium in Mt Vernon Doug Hovasapian

    In photo #3, Eric Caterino (Necterino) and Rolf Hildinger are watching from the sidelines. These two fellas played the year before as seniors on the 1974 team that won the section championship game in Mt.Vernon. They were great football players. They were my buddies growing up.
