New details have been released in the arrest of a 65-year-old man following a series of explosions that brought federal officials to his Westchester home early this week. Raymond Elders of White Plains is facing a top charge of use of a weapon of mass destruction following the nearly 24-hour long investigation at and outside of his home at 11 Odell Ave., ABC7 Eyewitness News reports.
