Ossining officials are asking the community to remain calm after Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents were seen in the village on Thursday. Mayor Rika Levin has confirmed that ICE agents were present in two separate areas of the village on Thursday. Federal agents were seen on both Route 9 and Spring Street.
