Nothing about the place promised anything more than some touristy souveniers, mineral specimens, a decent sandwich and something cold to drink. Imagine our surprise to discover that the owner of the place had an old fashioned soda shop counter inside, and some of the best black and white ice cream sodas we ever had. I miss that.
