To deem this project...Tom, thanks for your letter. To deem this project "essential" would be laughable, if it didn't expose the workers and village residents to such dire consequences. I don't believe we have ever had a grave injury occur at the entrance to the train station. When Route 9 southbound exit traffic becomes controlled by a traffic light, and westbound bike traffic tries to beat a changing light, one can see how a grave injury (including death) might ensue.
