MORE FABULOUS VINTAGE WEBSITES, FINDS, ETC. FROM EVERYTHING CROTON

MORNING EVERYONE--CHECK BACK EVERY DAY FOR NEW POSTS...AND NOW WITHOUT FURTHER AD-DOO...

An oldie but goodie and worth visiting again this Christmas season--a wonderful old photo taken by "T. Edison" in the Library of Congress archives. No lights on the tree but the dolls alone are worth a visit.

It's followed by a fab shoe ad, circa 1950's; they sure don't make them like this anymore! And finally a fabulous repro of a vintage New Year's Eve postcard.

Click on the photos and enjoy.

Courtesy of ToyConnect: The "business district" comes to the Jeep layout--some wonderful train houses/stores here with fine graphics and lots of vintage vehicles; see more here

Here's a project for the putz village building enthusiasts--and one some of us have been thinking about for years(!)--the Goodyear Blimp! Lots of potential putzability! See more here.
