REMEMBERING PETER FALK

A.K.A. Columbo, who died this date in 2011. He also had his roots in nearby Ossining.

While Columbo may be his most remembered role, why not rent Blake Edwards' THE GREAT RACE, starring Natalie Wood, Tony Curtis, and Jack Lemmon to see Falk at his comedic best.

Falk played "Max", the bumbling sidekick to the evil Professor Fate.

Set in the early days of the automobile, Falk was the perfect counterpoint, exhibiting a flair for comedy that was nothing short of sublime.
