Croton-Harmon investigation: No discrimination, harassment violations
A girl's complaint that her Title IX rights had been violated “has not been substantiated," the investigation found. LOHOUD--No discrimination or harassment violations were found at the Croton-Harmon school district stemming from a sexual assault allegation by a female student last year, a law firm hired by the district reported.  Lisa Rusk, of the Poughkeepsie-based firm Shaw Perelson May & Lambert LLP, was hired by the district on December 15, 2016, to investigate a former Croton-Harmon High School student’s reported sexual assault at an off-campus party in October 2016 and her allegations of bullying and harassment by classmates in the weeks that followed.  Read more here http://www.lohud.com/story/news/education/2017/04/27/croton-harmon-investigation-no-discrimination-harassment-violations/100970830/
