AN UPDATE ON THE FORMER HUDSON INSTITUTE PROPERTY, 8/4 MEETING

Everything Croton has been asked to post the following: a commercial developer is seeking to convert this property to a private 92 bed drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility (Quaker Ridge Road). Some issues of concern: watershed, sewage, safety, increased traffic.The application will be first considered at the TOWN OF CORTLANDT PLANNING BD. MEETING ON 8/4 AT 8 PM @ CORTLANDT TOWN HALL. Those seeking more info should attend the meeting.

    1. Cold water think tank as well as a number of other things--some of which never came to fruition: art school, some sort of spiritual retreat, etc. You should direct your questions to the Town of Cortlandt Board at the upcoming meeting.
