INTERIOR OF A FABULOUS VINTAGE ICE CREAM PARLOR

A friend of ours who collects soda fountain memorabilia and ephemera shared a fabulous high resolution photograph (taken in 1974 by the US Government, no known restrictions on publication) of Zaharako's Ice Cream Parlor in Columbus, Bartholomew County, Indiana--which remained pretty much the same as the day it was built way back when. We've sliced it up so you can appreciate all the fabulous details--a grande dame of ice cream parlors. Click on the images. Enjoy!

  2. The big lamp in the third and last photos is beautiful. In fact everything here including all the lights is just marvelously well done.
